This film could've done a lot of good had it accurately portrayed teen alcohol abuse & consequences.

Sutter lives for the moment and learns a few lessons along the way. Good acting by both young actors. Good story!

I thought this was R rated....

The acting is phenomenal

While most coming of age movies these days have been turned into comedies, I would categorize this one as light drama. Sutter, who seems outwardly confident, and is popular in school, has his own personal issues that he hides even from the ones he's closest with. I think it's something most modern western teens can identify with. Good acting, with a good storyline, this movie is a good addition to the genre.

Above average teen romantic dramedy. Pretty serious issues. No easy fixes or sugary sweet conclusions. Realistic and refreshingly darker than most teen love stories. Moves slow at times though.
